booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your session date.
The remaining balance is due on or before your session day.
Gallery Delivery
Your edited gallery will be delivered via a private online link within 2–3 weeks.
Rescheduling
- Sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours’ notice.
- Weather-related reschedules are always flexible.
I understand that life can be unpredictable. If something comes up, please reach out as soon as possible. While deposits are non-refundable, I’m happy to work with you to find a new date that fits your schedule. My goal is to make your experience as stress-free and enjoyable as possible.
Locations beyond 30 miles from Alexandria, VA may include a travel fee.
